The Mek'ele Spiced Yirgacheffe is named for the capitol city of Tigray. This northern city offers a method of spiced coffee that reduces the overall caffeine of the drink. This healthy twist incorporates Wheat, Clove, and Cinnamon into our roast to create a refreshingly clean taste and smooth drinkability.
